Our products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event that a product shows a defect it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Our warranty does not cover changes in design or materials, or cases that have been misused or abused. The doctor is responsible for providing accurate impressions, models, and records. Protec’s warranty is limited to the extent of the value of our invoice; we do not pay for costs associated with clinical procedures or the patient’s time.
