Predictable Class II Correction

	What it is?
	The Herbst® appliance utilizes bite jumping hinges to reposition the mandible forward for class II correction. It offers predictable functional jaw orthopedics with control of patient cooperation using cantilever stainless steel crown or acrylic splint designs.
	How it works?
	The telescoping bite jumping hinges hold the mandible forward to allow for the adaptation of the muscular, skeletal and dental components. Herbst appliances can be designed for palatal expansion as required.
